Job summary

INEOS Pigments, a leading producer in titanium dioxide, invites an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies for strategic raw materials and bulk logistics at the Ashtabula Complex. You will build a robust supplier base, negotiate major agreements, and drive value delivery across internal stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 10+ years in procurement with global exposure, and strong negotiation and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in globally traded feedstock and bulk shipping in chemical/process industries.
• Strong operational, financial and strategic planning knowledge.
• Proven global sourcing, logistics and contract execution experience.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Behavioral Safety Principles, Life Saving Rules and Process Safety Principles.
• Own over $300 million in strategic raw materials and bulk logistics sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sustainable sourcing strategies.
• Cultivate and manage supplier relationships to meet performance targets.
• Influence financial targets and category strategies across units.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Develop strategies and negotiate major global agreements to optimize value and risk.
• Lead annual budget development for strategic raw material spend.
