Job summary

INEOS Pigments USA is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead strategy development and execution for sourcing strategic raw materials and bulk logistics at the Ashtabula Complex. You will negotiate major global agreements, manage supplier relationships, and ensure supply security while driving cost optimization.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in procurement, 5 years of global feedstock and marine bulk shipping experience, and a track record in strategic sourcing and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in procurement roles with 5 years in globally traded feedstock and marine bulk shipping, ideally in chemical/process industries.
• Proven ability to build category strategies and manage supplier relationships across functions.
• Experience in global sourcing, logistics, and contract development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Owns over $300 million in strategic raw materials and bulk logistics sourcing; identifies opportunities for spend leverage.
• Develops sustainable sourcing strategies across categories for quality, value, cost optimization and supply security.
• Leads negotiations, supplier selection, and major global supply agreements to gain commercial advantage.
• Leads annual budget development for strategic raw material spend and reports spend outlooks to top management.
• Maintains awareness of market dynamics, cost drivers, and trends to guide strategy and external representation.
