Job summary

INEOS Pigments USA in Ohio seeks a Procurement Manager to lead strategy and execution for sourcing strategic raw materials, including TiO2 feedstocks, chlorine, coal, and calcined coke. Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with 5 years of globally traded feedstock and marine bulk shipping experience.
• Demonstrated strong operation, finance, and strategic planning knowledge in building category strategies.
• Strategic sourcing experience preferred, especially in TiO2 industry and bulk chartering.
• Experience negotiating supply agreement terms and driving supplier service level improvements.

Responsibilities

• Owns over $300 million in strategic raw materials and bulk logistics sourcing, identifying aggregation opportunities and creating programs for spend leverage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sustainable sourcing strategies across categories for quality, value-cost optimization, supply security, plant reliability, and business continuity.
• Cultivate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance and productivity targets are met.
• Influence alignment to meet financial targets and category strategies across units, identifying profit opportunities.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and supplier selection in responsible categories.
• Develop strategies and negotiate major global agreements to achieve commercial advantage and mitigate risk.
• Lead annual budget development for strategic raw material spend, provide spend outlooks to Finance, and communicate deviations to top management.
• Maintain awareness of markets and cost drivers to guide strategy and external representation.
• Identify and develop alternative sources of raw material supply with technical alignment.
