Job summary

INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategy for sourcing strategic raw materials and bulk logistics, including KOH and other feedstocks, ensuring value, quality, and supply security.

You will build supplier relationships, negotiate major global agreements, and manage spend of over $300 million while partnering with internal stakeholders and senior management to align procurement with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in global feedstock and marine bulk shipping.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and contract development.
• Experience in global sourcing and logistics.
• Strong financial planning and budgeting knowledge.
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own $300M+ in strategic raw materials and bulk logistics sourcing.
• Develop sustainable sourcing strategies across categories.
• Negotiate supply agreements and manage supplier performance.
• Lead annual budget development and communicate deviations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cost and supply security.
• Maintain awareness of markets, cost drivers, and trends.
• Support procurement director and group initiatives.
