Working US CST hours, you will source global talent, craft compelling submissions, and manage client relationships with speed and precision, ensuring pipeline velocity and successful placements across international roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours from South Africa.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record of high-volume sourcing, screening, and submissions.
• Highly organized, proactive with strong follow-ups and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle for global talent.
• Source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and job boards.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, soft skills, compensation expectations, and culture fit.
• Pitch candidate profiles to hiring managers and manage client relationships with speed and precision.
• Coordinate multi-time-zone interviews and manage offers through onboarding.
