TEKsystems seeks a Global Mobility Specialist (Contract) to support international assignments, immigration processes, and mobility programme operations. You will be the U.S.-based point of contact for associates, managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and country requirements.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with duties spanning Saudi Arabia mobility support and acquisition-related transitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • 37 years of experience supporting global mobility, immigration, relocation, or international HR programmes.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating international assignments and managing visa/work authorization processes.
  • Experience working with immigration and relocation vendors to manage cases and service delivery.
  • Strong project coordination skills with multiple concurrent mobility cases from initiation to completion.
  • Demonstrated case management, including tracking milestones, documentation, and stakeholder actions.
  • Excellent organisational skills to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex mobility and immigration processes."
  • Proven stakeholder management with HR, business leaders, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end administration of international assignments.
  • Support transition activities for associates relocating as part of acquisitions or growth.
  • Track assignment milestones, documentation, and key dates to ensure timely progression.
  • Maintain assignment records, status reports, and case tracking in standard tools.
  • Coordinate approvals and communicate with internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
  • Serve as the U.S.-based contact for visa and work authorization processes.
  • Partner with external immigration providers to progress visa applications.
  • Coordinate collection and submission of employee documentation for visa processing.
  • Monitor visa and immigration case status and follow up on pending actions.
  • Provide guidance on immigration requirements, timelines, and next steps.
  • Support associates travelling to Saudi Arabia under mobility programmes and KSA assignments.
  • Coordinate logistics for relocation and travel as applicable.
  • Liaise with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and leaders to complete actions on time.
  • Facilitate communication with assignees and external mobility vendors.
