AbbVie seeks a Customer Logistics Planner to serve as the execution and control hub for outbound shipments in the Gaucho third-party manufacturing model. You will coordinate end-to-end order and shipment execution from second-leg STO creation through shipment departure, documentation archiving and stakeholder communication.

You will help protect supply continuity by maintaining accurate system transactions, compliant shipping docs, timely visibility and early risk escalation.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage for international market support.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage second-leg STOs and outbound deliveries in SAP; update weights and measurements using the Nota Fiscal; create packing lists; post goods issue for departed shipments; provide accurate shipment data to support invoicing.
• Prepare pro forma invoices and other shipment documentation for customs and payment purposes; check completeness and compliance; archive final shipping documentation.
• Maintain shipping forecasts and master arrival schedules; monitor open orders and deliveries; review allocation issues and blocks; escalate overdue or at‑risk shipments.
• Coordinate resolution of shipment delays, booking constraints, documentation gaps, complaints, discrepancies, and complex lane requirements with Transportation and other functions.
• Coordinate daily with the third‑party manufacturer, Global Supply Planning, Transportation, affiliates, Global Trade Compliance, Finance, Quality, Planning and other supply chain partners; engage with carriers as required.
• Provide timely updates and pre-alert information, align around holiday schedules and market-specific requirements, support affiliates with complex export and transportation needs.
• Support operational and carrier performance reviews with shipment data, KPI reporting, month-end activities, audit readiness, process controls.
