AbbVie is seeking a Site Director/General Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain planning, warehousing, purchasing, forecasting, network optimization, and strategic transformation to support reliable global supply with regulatory and quality compliance.

You will lead inventory control and warehousing leadership across multiple shifts and align cross-functional teams from validation to launch and lifecycle management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Finance or related functions with leadership.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.
• Deep knowledge of supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, inventory, forecasting, warehousing, logistics, ERP, and network optimization.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, QA, regulatory requirements, and cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Inventory control and warehouse leadership across multiple shifts and global needs.
• Lead cross-functional launch, transfer, market expansion, labeling change, network optimization projects.
• Manage S&OP/S&OE processes, forecasting, inventory, replenishment, scenario planning, risk mitigation, on-time delivery.
• Oversee global warehousing, logistics interface, purchasing, and material flow with AbbVie rules and quality requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and establish corrective actions and supplier engagement plans.
• Lead initiatives to improve asset utilization, cost, cash flow, and resilience across supply nodes.
• Evaluate IT solutions to improve scheduling, ERP processing, inventory visibility, data-driven decisions.
• Develop and coach teams, foster inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
