Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Finance, or related pharmaceutical/regulated industry functions with significant leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives in a global matrixed organization.
• Deep knowledge of supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, inventory management, forecasting, warehousing, logistics, ERP systems.
• Strong ability to synthesize inputs, develop actionable strategies, and communicate to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct inventory control and warehouse leadership across a large, matrixed organization.
• Lead cross-functional launch, transfer, market expansion, network optimization and lifecycle management.
• Manage S&OP/S&OE processes, forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment planning.
• Oversee global warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and material flow ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor supplier and network performance; establish corrective actions and supplier engagement plans.
• Lead initiatives to improve network utilization, cost, cash flow, and resilience.
