Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago seeks an experienced Senior Supply Chain leader to drive end-to-end planning, warehousing, and procurement for global supply. You will lead inventory control, S&OP processes, and network optimization across a matrixed organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable performance.

You will collaborate with Operations, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to align strategic priorities, launch readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in operations or supply chain leadership in pharma.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives in a global matrix.
• Deep knowledge of S&OP, inventory, warehousing, ERP, and network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Direct inventory control and warehouse leadership across production shifts.
• Lead cross-functional launch, transfer, market expansion, and lifecycle management.
• Manage S&OP/S&OE, forecasting, inventory, replenishment, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee global warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and material flow.
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie rules and regulatory expectations.
• Develop leaders and teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
