Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in operations, supply chain or business management.
• 3–5 years’ work experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments to optimize supply flow.
• Maintain SAP/JDA data accuracy and inform customers of updates and risks.
• Participate in plant meetings to improve performance and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead initiatives and drive continuous improvements in the global supply planning function.
• Support financial planning cycles and hedging processes as needed.
• Onboard/train new employees and act as project lead when required.
