Ladders seeks a Senior Global HR Business Partner, Finance & Global Functions to guide people strategy for senior Finance and global functional leaders. This remote role focuses on shaping workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience in global matrix organizations.
• Partnership with Finance and enterprise functions to shape people strategy.
• Proven ability to lead organization design and workforce transformation.
• Translate business priorities into measurable people strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience driving global HR programs across multiple functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior Finance and global function leaders.
• Partner across global matrix to strengthen organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
• Shape organization design and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
