Archon Resources is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner across the full employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with leadership and staff to drive employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and organizational initiatives across U.S.

and international sites. Key duties include resolving employee relations matters, conducting job analyses, overseeing onboarding and development programs, and maintaining HR data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, HR systems, and organizational initiatives.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR programs across domestic and international locations.
• Process employee records, status changes, and HR data reporting.
• Coordinate and administer performance appraisal processes, merit cycles, and reviews.
