Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the North America team. This role partners with executive leadership to design and implement people plans across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other shared services, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations while coaching leaders through organizational change and performance challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience with senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to leaders across assigned functions, guiding organizational, talent and workforce matters.
• Build relationships with leaders to understand priorities and proactively identify people-related opportunities and risks.
• Partner on organizational design, team effectiveness, workforce planning and change management.
• Use data to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
