Astranis Space Technologies seeks an Employee Success Partner to act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the People Operations team. You will advise leaders and contributors, shaping people strategies and solutions that fuel growth and scale across the organization.

Responsibilities include guiding performance management, employee engagement, organizational design, and change management, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive scalable programs and improve the employee

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to switch between strategy and execution.
• Experience in a high-growth company or startup environment.
• Bias for action with a thoughtful, pragmatic, value-creating mindset.
• Analytically driven with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and HR systems (ADP WorkforceNow, Paylocity, Lattice, Culture Amp, Slack, Confluence).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with leaders and team members across departments.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement scalable People programs and tools.
