Job summary

Bruker Daltonics seeks an experienced Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division to align people strategy with business objectives and lead talent initiatives across North America, Europe, and APAC.

This role also provides direct HR leadership for BMID BMS in Utah and BMID MDx in Washington State, partnering with site leaders on employee relations, performance, change management, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles with senior leaders.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization with multiple regions.
• Strong design, change management, and workforce planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with senior leaders to align people strategies with objectives.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development and engagement.
• Provide HR guidance with data-driven insights to influence decisions.
• Lead HR initiatives across global BMS Division and cross-region collaboration.
• Support HR leadership at Utah and Washington sites.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and inclusion initiatives.
