Job summary

Bruker is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division to serve as a trusted advisor to divisional leadership and drive people strategy across North America, Europe, and APAC. The role includes direct HR leadership for the BMID US sites in Utah and Washington State.

You will partner with leaders to shape organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance and driving a high-performance culture in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leadership teams.
• Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven success partnering with leaders across multiple countries and regions.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives within and outside the United States.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with divisional and corporate objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Influence business decisions by providing strategic HR guidance and data-driven insights.
• Lead and support HR initiatives across the global BMS Division.
• Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and alignment between North America, Europe, and APAC.
