Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong track record in GTM hiring for fast-moving tech companies.
• Deep expertise in hiring globally and adapting to different cultures.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and influence candidates through the interview process.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the globe, guiding end-to-end hiring.
• Build proactive pipelines and understand local talent markets for global roles.
