Job summary

Aiven is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead GTM hiring worldwide from our Austin, TX or Ireland hubs. You will partner with senior leaders, build proactive pipelines, and scale hiring across global markets to grow ARR and support product growth.

You’ll shape the candidate journey with world-class processes and collaborate with an agile, flat-team environment. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, backed by data dashboards and evolving tooling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong track record of hiring in GTM within a fast-paced tech company.
• Deep expertise in hiring globally and adapting to different cultures and markets.
• Ability to quickly become a trusted partner to hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding the end-to-end hiring process from job descriptions to offers.
• Focus on attracting top GTM talent globally, with an understanding of local markets and creative engagement of passive candidates.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience through the full lifecycle of recruitment.
• Have a team-first approach in a small, lean TA team.
