Job summary

SILTT is seeking a dynamic Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The role partners with executive leadership to shape strategy, forecast future needs, and build scalable finance infrastructure for a global organization.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong technical accounting knowledge and a track record of leading teams across functions. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Leesburg encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience, including senior management or leadership.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in international accounting, foreign subsidiary management, and scaling operations.
• Deep proficiency with ERP systems and financial modeling/forecasting tools.
• Bridge gap between strategic planning and operational execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, month-end, and year-end close-out processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements; manage AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits, cross-border tax compliance, currency risk, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop long-term financial models and multi-year growth forecasts; guide capital allocation.
