Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance team and mentor staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, and cash forecasting.
• Partner with operations, sales, and HR to drive process improvements.
