Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Director of Employee Relations to join the Global Employee Relations team. You will partner with People Business Partners, Employment Law, Compliance, and leaders to deliver compliant employee relations practices aligned with Mastercard values and laws.

Responsibilities include advising on policies, investigating concerns, managing cases, and developing global guidance for HR.

Qualifications

• Advising on a wide range of employee relations issues.
• Experience in multinational, fast-paced organizations.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and investigative skills.
• Ability to analyze data to inform process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to HR, managers and employees about company policies and processes.
• Investigate employee relations concerns, including discrimination, harassment and other work-related issues.
• Prepare investigative documentation, notes and findings summaries.
• Manage cases from intake to resolution using the case management system.
• Develop global guidance documents, materials and training for HR.
• Partner with employment counsel, compliance and HRBPs on investigations.
• Create data-driven insights to improve processes and culture.
