Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a procurement professional in Florida to manage inventory planning, sourcing, and supplier relationships. You will translate demand signals into timely purchase actions, maintain master data, and collaborate with planning, operations, and finance to optimize service levels.

The role emphasizes accurate data interpretation, strong negotiation, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure cost, quality, and on-time delivery across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: implement stocking models based on demand, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities; review and adjust stock levels; identify risks and communicate mitigations.
• Procurement: execute MRP messages, translate demand signals into purchase actions, manage purchase orders, track inbound logistics, and update stakeholders on status.
• Supplier Relationship Management: maintain strong supplier relationships, capture delivery/quality issues, support supplier performance reviews, promote responsible sourcing.
• Collaboration: partner with Demand Planning, coordinate with Operations, Warehousing/Logistics, and Finance for aligned purchasing and cash flow.
