Job summary

Freedom Air & Plumbing, based in Rockledge, FL, is seeking an experienced HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Sewer Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential sales teams and drive revenue growth across all service lines.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a track record of improving close rates and team performance. Compensation includes a base salary in the six-figure range plus performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential home services sales experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sewer, or related trades.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience.
• Proven track record achieving revenue and sales goals.
• Strong understanding of residential replacement sales and financing programs.
• Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and in-home sales teams.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, ride-alongs, and field coaching sessions.
• Develop and implement branch sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit goals.

Position Summary

Freedom Air & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Sewer Sales Manager to lead and develop our branch sales teams while driving revenue growth, profitability, and KPI performance across all residential service lines.

This role is responsible for leading Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, Plumbing Sales Representatives, and in-home sales teams, while partnering closely with Operations, Service, Installation, Dispatch, Marketing, and Branch Leadership to maximize customer experience and sales performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong residential home services experience, proven coaching ability, and a track record of improving close rates, developing teams, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, In-Home Sales Representatives, and sales teams
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, ride-alongs, and field coaching sessions
• Perform performance reviews and development planning
• Build a positive, high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and growth
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
• Develop and execute branch sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
• Drive HVAC replacement, plumbing, sewer, excavation, and electrical sales growth opportunities
• Increase replacement conversion and lead performance
• Improve financing utilization and in-home presentation effectiveness
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to maximize lead quality and conversion rates

KPI Management & Performance Optimization

Manage and improve branch KPIs including:

• Average ticket
• Maintenance-to-replacement conversion
• Sewer inspection conversion rates
• Booking percentages
• Customer satisfaction and review scores

Operational Partnership

• Partner cross-functionally with Service, Install, Sewer Operations, Dispatch, Excavation, Marketing, and Branch Leadership
• Improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Customer consultation
• Needs assessments
• Proposal presentations
• Closing techniques

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential home services sales experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sewer, or related trades
• 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience
• Proven track record achieving revenue and sales goals
• Strong understanding of residential replacement sales and financing programs
• Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics

Preferred Experience

• Residential HVAC, plumbing, sewer, excavation, or electrical operations experience
• Sewer replacement and trenchless knowledge preferred
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar home service platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
• Industry certifications preferred
• Strong coaching and leadership ability
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Working Conditions

• Office and field-based role
• Regular ride-alongs, branch visits, in-home sales observations, and field coaching
