Freedom Air & Plumbing is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer sales teams in Rockledge, FL. You will drive revenue growth, coach multi-line sales professionals, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Branch Leadership to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in home-services sales, 2+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of achieving targets and improving close

Formación

• 5+ years of residential home services sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong replacement sales and financing program knowledge.
• Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Comfort Advisors and sales teams.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, ride-alongs.
• Drive branch sales plans to hit revenue and gross profit.
• Improve lead quality and conversion rates with Marketing.
• Partner with Operations to maximize customer experience.
