• Strong financial oversight including P&L, budgets, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Participates in meetings, reviews and training programs.
• Maintains budgets and financial targets.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Establishes rapport with staff, client and guests and other departments.
• Analyses financial data and creates trends.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Plans menus in consultation with chefs.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and proper storage/use of food.
