• Proficient in procurement systems: Stratton Warren, Redrock, Infor, COUPA, BirchStreet, Oracle.

• Develop long- and short-term General purchasing objectives and supplier allocation.
• Solicit bid proposals and select suppliers based on reliability, quality, and cost.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines with vendors.
• Monitor supplier compliance to contract terms and service levels.
• Maintain supplier database and purchase records; conduct inventory checks.
