Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a G&A and Marketing recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles within G&A and Marketing. You will source, guide candidates through the hiring process, extend offers and close top talent while communicating the Ironclad story and value proposition.

The role requires a driven, eager individual who can develop lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers, collaborate with the recruiting team, and anticipate challenges to mitigate

Qualifications

• 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, agency and/or in-house.
• Proven track record delivering high-level client and candidate experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills amid ambiguity.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and hire professionals across G&A and Marketing roles.
• Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies using internal resources.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with recruiters and recruiting coordinators to drive process efficiency.
• Communicate Ironclad story and value proposition; extend and negotiate offers.
