Job summary

Ironclad in San Francisco is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for G&A and Marketing teams. You will source, evaluate, negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a smooth experience.

You will leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, build strong relationships across functions, and help scale Ironclad’s growth in a hybrid workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
• Proven track record delivering high level client and candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience, from recruiting through on-boarding.
• Collaborate with members of the recruiting organization including, but not limited to, recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
• Proactively anticipate challenges and mitigate risk.
• Strong sourcing skills to attract & hire top talent.
• Anticipate needs of clients and deliver solutions before requested.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting processes.
