Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a G&A and Marketing recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles within G&A and Marketing. You will source, guide candidates through the hiring process, extend offers and close top talent while communicating the Ironclad story and value proposition.

The role requires a driven, eager individual who can develop lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers, collaborate with the recruiting team, and anticipate challenges to mitigate

Qualifications

• 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, agency and/or in-house.
• Proven track record delivering high-level client and candidate experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills amid ambiguity.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and executives.

Job description

• We are currently seeking a G&A and Marketing recruiter to support, grow and drive the recruitment process end-to-end for a variety of roles across the G&A and Marketing functions at Ironclad
• You will be responsible for communicating the Ironclad story and value proposition, while sourcing and guiding candidates through our hiring process, extending and negotiating offers and ultimately closing candidates. We are looking for someone who is driven, eager and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience, from recruiting through on-boarding
• Collaborate with members of the recruiting organization including, but not limited to, recruiters and recruiting coordinators
• Proactively anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
• Strong sourcing skills to attract & hire top talent
• Anticipate needs of clients and deliver solutions before requested
• Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting processes
