• Develop plans to improve customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Lead change management and communicate long-term strategy to staff.
• Develop frontline supervisors and reduce turnover.
• Recruit and hire skilled staff; establish pay and promotions.
