Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 4+ years full cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Aff.
• A valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Source and hire qualified candidates and obtain approvals for candidates.
• Conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks.
