Qualifications

• End-to-end recruiting life cycle experience (3–5 years).
• CPG industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple activities.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Ability to manage medium-complex assignments.
• Excellent communication with candidates (up to 8 hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned territory/function.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and interview strategy.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and TA leadership to align with business needs.
