Job summary

Pear VC is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our San Francisco team. This role focuses on collaborating with our portfolio companies to recruit top talent across technical and product functions, contributing to innovative startups in Silicon Valley.

You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, provide guidance on best practices, and build strong relationships with founders and candidates. Ideal candidates have a passion for talent acquisition and at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition focusing on technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of placing candidates in high-growth startups.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with companies to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and present top-tier candidates for various roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer acceptance.
