Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional outbound sourcing instincts with the ability to research unfamiliar talent pools and map competitive markets.
• Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills, including handling candidate objections and pitching company value propositions.
• Highly organized with ownership and speed to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• High proficiency with modern recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS; strong office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end searches across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
• ActiveOutbound Sourcing: Drive targeted outbound talent searches via LinkedIn, networks, social media, and databases.
• HiringManager Partnership: Build strong relationships with department heads to define requirements and interview criteria.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial interviews, reference/background checks, and assess fit.
• Pipeline & Relationship Building: Maintain a steady pipeline via local organizations and universities.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, transparent interview to offer process.
• ATS & Analytics: Maintain accurate data input, tracking, and metrics within ATS.
