Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required.
• Government contracting recruiting experience required.
• Experience supporting government contract, proposal, and contingent recruiting.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting from initial requirement through candidate selection, offer, hire, or final disposition.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, priorities, timelines, and business need.
• Develop and adjust sourcing and recruiting strategies based on role and market.
• Manage recruiting activity as a project with priorities, deadlines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screens, and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
