Job summary

ALLIANT CYBERSECURITY is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines. You will source through various channels, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and streamline the offer and onboarding processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in staffing agency or corporate recruiting with full life cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Direct sourcing, networking, and prospecting to build pipelines.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to communicate full value of offers.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process with hiring managers and HR.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
