Job summary

All In One Accounting is seeking a relationship-driven Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across accounting, finance, and leadership roles. You will develop pipelines, source proactively, and guide candidates through interviews, assessments, and offers.

Strong collaboration with hiring leaders and a focus on timely, candidate-centered communication are key. We seek seasoned recruiters who build relationships in the market, maintain accurate data, and balance multiple searches with sound

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection coordination, reference checks, and offer management.
• Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals, including senior-level leaders like Controllers, Directors, VP, CFO.
• Demonstrated success building passive candidate pipelines and talent communities through LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Ability to build credibility with experienced professionals and senior hiring leaders.
• Success managing multiple concurrent searches without sacrificing follow-through or candidate experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Paylocity experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort working in a growing organization where priorities evolve and accountability matters.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned searches from kickoff through signed offer letter, defining role requirements and timing.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and campaigns.
• Review applications, conduct calls and interviews, determine next steps.
• Coordinate the full selection process including manager interviews and assessments.
• Prepare decision-ready candidate information and facilitate feedback.
• Partner with leadership to finalize offers and ensure timely acceptance.
• Maintain timely, respectful candidate communication with status updates.
