Progressive Leasing is a leading FinTech company focusing on lease-to-own solutions with a strong accounting and finance function. We are hiring a Contract Recruiter for full-cycle recruiting across accounting and finance roles.

You will own requisitions from intake to offer, working with hiring managers and maintaining a clean ATS. You bring 3+ years in accounting/finance recruiting, experience with ERP systems, and a track record of building pipelines and delivering strong candidates on a busy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on accounting & finance placements.
• Proven placements from staff accountant to controller or finance director.
• Working fluency in finance/accounting concepts (GAAP, FP&A, month-end close) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Run intake calls with hiring managers and translate into a written search strategy.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen for technical depth, focusing on month-end close vs. reconciled accounts.
• Write and post job ads that read naturally and clearly.
• Submit qualified candidates with summaries covering fit and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and debrief with managers.
• Manage offers including negotiation and start-date alignment.
• Maintain an up-to-date ATS with clear notes and stages.
• Report weekly on pipeline health and where roles are stuck.
