Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a driven Full Desk Recruiter focused on Accounting & Finance to identify, attract, and place top financial talent. You will manage client relationships, drive full-cycle recruitment, and develop a strong candidate pipeline across FP&A, accounting, and tax roles in a hybrid setup.

• OR a finance/accounting educational background with interest in recruitment
• Strong understanding of financial roles and workflows
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment — source, screen, interview, present candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, onboard.
• Build and strengthen client partnerships with accounting firms, financial services, and corporate finance teams.
• Conduct targeted outreach to passive and active financial talent across accounting, audit, tax, FP&A, and finance operations.
• Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, hiring strategy, and candidate availability.
