The role requires 8–10 years of senior management experience in fulfillment/logistics, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and Six Sigma with Lean knowledge. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of senior management experience in fulfillment operations, logistics, or supply chain in a P&L environment.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification required, with strong Lean understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and manage KPIs, labor metrics and data analytics to optimize performance.
• Drive strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness across fulfillment operations.
• Mentor and manage teams; foster accountability, safety and continuous learning.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma to improve workflows and reduce waste.
• Oversee forecasting and data analysis to improve decisions and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Training, QC, HR and facilities to align objectives with business goals.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
