Job summary

Rapsodo in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Lead to coordinate 3PLs across the US & Canada, own inbound logistics, and ensure launches are ready and on time. The role drives inventory visibility, performance tracking, and issue resolution to enable scalable growth.

You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience to keep channels aligned and ensure accuracy across DTC, retail, and wholesale platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fulfillment ops and 3PL coordination experience.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and SLA adherence.
• Experience across DTC, B2C, B2B fulfillment needs.
• Knowledge of inbound logistics, customs clearance, returns flows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with 3PL partners across the US and Canada.
• Own inbound logistics and customs clearance for NA finished goods.
• Coordinate kitting, postponement, and value-added services with 3PL/CMs.
• Manage reverse logistics: returns, refurbishment, warranty tracking, failure analysis with CS/Eng.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and resolve issues, not hand them off.
