Job summary

Exol in the United States seeks an experienced operations manager to lead day-to-day execution for highly automated fulfillment sites during pre-launch, go-live, and stabilization. You will own DTC warehouse functions, drive KPI performance, and translate complex automation workflows into repeatable launch playbooks while managing large teams and coordinating with IT, Supply Chain, and Automation.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in 3PL/DC operations, strong leadership in high-volume e-commerce

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in 3PL warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Experience with high-volume DTC/e-commerce fulfillment.
• Advanced exposure to automated warehouse environments (AutoStore or similar).
• Experience with WMS/WES platforms.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and protocol implementation.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs like UPH, order accuracy, OEE and cost-per-unit.
• Strong problem-solving and real-time corrective action skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAT and integrated capability testing with engineering to validate robotics and picking systems for DTC.
• Own DTC warehouse functions during launch, managing high-velocity workflows.
• Develop and refine launch playbooks documenting lessons learned.
• Lead large teams of hourly associates and frontline leaders toward throughput targets.
• Validate WMS/WES functionality and troubleshoot order-flow bottlenecks.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and lead safety audits in a fast-moving startup.
• Coordinate with IT, Supply Chain, and Automation on launch priorities.
