  • Manage carrier allocation strategies to support network optimization and customer growth.
  • Develop strong carrier relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and performance coaching.
Operations & Capacity Management:
  • Make real-time operational decisions regarding carrier assignments, load coverage, and capacity solutions.

  • Resolve service, compliance, and operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, carrier engagement, and operational efficiency.
Leadership & Industry Expertise:
  • Serve as a transportation market expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior brokerage and capacity team members on sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management best practices.
  • Participate in forecasting, budget planning, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Represent NFI Brokerage at industry and carrier events to strengthen partnerships and expand market presence.
  • Champion NFI’s culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
