Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking an experienced freight brokerage professional to drive new business and grow partnerships from day one. You will activate your existing network of shippers and carriers to build a robust pipeline, while expanding relationships through strategic account management and cross-sell opportunities.

You will develop and execute brokerage strategies, negotiate rates, and collaborate with operations to ensure flawless load execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience with success sourcing and closing partnerships
• Proven track record of acquiring 2–6 new shipper accounts monthly with independent decision-making authority
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation, load pricing, and carrier contracts with full autonomy

Responsibilities

• Activate your network to build a pipeline of shipper and carrier partnerships from day one
• Drive account growth by securing new shipper accounts and expanding existing relations
• Scale monthly loads to 100–150 within 60 days with load-volume targets
• Develop brokerage strategies using market insights to deliver rapid results from week one
• Craft rate proposals and negotiate terms to protect margins while building partnerships
• Collaborate with operations to ensure on-time load execution and service quality
• Lead rate negotiations and carrier contracts with immediate decision-making authority
• Analyze KPIs like load volume, margins, and CAC to inform rapid decisions
