Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Risk Program Consultant (Enhanced Fraud Services) for a remote role in the United States. You will serve as a strategic advisor to financial institutions on fraud prevention, risk management, and operational performance.

You will own key client relationships, translate complex risk findings into actionable mitigations, and lead cross-functional projects with internal teams, executives, and risk specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services.
• 4+ years in risk management or fraud.
• Experience with data analytics and translating findings into actions.
• Knowledge of fraud mitigation tools and payment systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% depending on client needs.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic advisor for assigned financial institutions.
• Build trusted relationships with client teams and executives.
• Provide fraud and risk mitigation recommendations.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of cross-channel fraud and risk events.
• Coordinate risk management tickets and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client initiatives.
• Set expectations for fraud systems, reporting, and timelines.
• Deliver training, webinars, and educational materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and develop reporting.
• Lead cross-functional risk projects and provide best-practice guidance.
• Stay current on fraud, risk, and regulatory trends.
• Identify emerging risks and support mitigation activities.
