Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking an Area Director, Franchise Performance to drive commercial results for a portfolio of midscale and upper-midscale franchised hotels. You will advise owners and operators, analyze market data, and implement strategies to boost RevPAR, market share, ADR, and occupancy while improving owner profitability.

Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations to ensure program adoption and sustained portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; acceptable equivalent work experience.
• MBA preferred; senior leadership experience in multi-property hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve ADR/occupancy, and enhance owner profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to hotel owners and operators using portfolio and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct on-site and virtual consultations linking revenue strategy with activation across sales, marketing, and loyalty.
• Lead performance reviews and coordinate cross-functional resources to execute commercial priorities.
