Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a senior finance leader to serve as part-time CFO, guiding fundraising, contracts, and accounting for a growing rewards-technology business. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to scale financial operations across enterprise partnerships, member marketplace, and recent acquisitions.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO/VP Finance or Controller roles.
Strong fundraising model-building experience for equity or debt raises.
Deep knowledge of revenue recognition, contract-driven billing, and finance operations.
Advanced financial modeling; FP&A tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain three-statement models for licensing and revenue streams.
Oversee revenue recognition and contract terms to enable PnL analysis.
Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and investor-ready financial statements.
Prepare diligence materials for investors and support fundraising scenarios.
Lead M&A integration and intercompany accounting as needed.
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital across partners and suppliers.
