Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounting and general ledger management.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and variance analysis skills.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP; advanced Excel modeling.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audits.
• Background in controller-level or senior accounting roles, multi-site or service/food-related businesses.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with non-finance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
