Job summary

Topo Advisors seeks a seasoned Fractional CFO to provide strategic finance leadership to a portfolio of software and services companies. You will partner with CEOs, leadership teams, and boards to shape 12–24 month plans and drive FP&A, budgeting, and fundraising efforts.

You will lead a high-agency finance team, oversee client engagements, and build scalable finance infrastructure while guiding equity and debt financings and investor relations.

Qualifications

• 13 years of accounting and finance experience, including senior finance leadership
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Significant experience with venture-backed client-service environments
• Proven track record in equity and debt financings with investors and boards
• Experience building scalable finance and accounting processes

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance for a portfolio of venture-backed clients
• Partner with CEOs and boards to set 12–24 month strategic plans
• Own annual operating plan, budgeting, and FP&A reporting to CEOs and boards
• Coordinate fundraising strategy and debt/equity financings with leadership
• Build and manage finance and accounting infrastructure for growth
